Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
Utilize PLACE lead generation tools weekly
Plan and conduct two open houses each month
Transform prospects and leads into booked appointments
Engage in weekly script practice sessions
Regularly participate in team events
Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Assist sellers, secure listings, and market properties
Showcase proficiency in pricing, staging, and listing services
Manage offer negotiations on behalf of sellers
Record activities and client details in PLACE Technology
