Prologis is looking for a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator (LMC) to assist with internal and external customer service and marketing initiatives including achievement/milestone appreciation, event coordination, social media management, email marketing, content writing, and other online activities. In this dynamic role, the LMC will work directly with the Market Officer, Leasing and Property Management teams, and Regional Marketing Manager to drive team culture, develop marketing programs, set strategies, and execute KPI-focused marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to guide internal, customer, and broker recognition strategies, independently coordinate broker, customer, and team events, and assist with digital marketing initiatives to help create compelling and engaging content for our customers. Additionally, this fast-paced position will work with the Americas and Global marketing team to communicate and effectively position key wins and company announcements both internally and externally.

As a true partner to the business, the LMC role serves as the primary driver behind exceptional team culture and the successful marketing of our real estate portfolio and beyond.

What\xe2\x80\x99s needed in order to do that:

  • Create and coordinate our marketing materials including signage, brochures, and email marketing.
  • Create multi-media marketing campaigns for high-profile properties (new developments, large vacancies). The role will need to interact with architectural and design professionals for the site, building, and space plans.
  • Responsible for the set-up of all marketing collateral in our vacant properties.
  • Assist with in-house graphic design requests and marketing templates. The role will design and use graphic programs to create emailers, online banners, headers, invitations, creative proposals, etc.
  • Contribute to delivering a range of diverse property marketing activities such as product positioning, property events, and product campaigns.
  • Create portfolio tour books, stacking plans, pitch decks, and other miscellaneous company-branded materials.
  • Organize office meetings, office lunches/holiday parties, and other office events.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of broker outreach and events.
  • Assist with planning and execution of customer outreach and events.
  • Research, create, order, and manage unique branded gifts for customers and brokers.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and assist in writing copy for all marketing campaigns (newsletters, e-blasts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with peers across markets to help build exposure for the Prologis brand within individual markets through local events and business sponsorships.
  • Manage the market\xe2\x80\x99s digital assets in the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital asset management system.
  • Support the Market Officer with processing of expense forms and budget tracking.
  • Order and stock office supplies on a regular schedule and as needed.

  • Bachelor\'s degree from a four-year college or university; and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of marketing and project management experience preferred. Exposure to the real estate industry is ideal.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Acrobat. Power Point and Photoshop, with an ability to readily learn internal, corporate computer platforms.
  • Self-motivated with excellent mathematic, written and verbal communication skills, including word processing, proof-reading and accurate spelling.
  • Ability to support a multi-person team, including work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and other divisions in a professional and collegial manner.
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external parties.
  • Valid NC driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, position requires some travel to portfolio properties.
Hiring Salary Range of $59,000-$72,000 with annual discretionary bonus target range of 5% -10%. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
