Labor and Workflow Coordinator

Key Tasks:

• Development and implementation of optimal daily operating and control strategy through data use and analysis.
• Coordination with partners of all nursery requests to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
• Coordinate timelines and workflow logistics in partnership with the nursery design team, transplanting, pollinating, and harvesting leads to meet required cycles and maintain quality.
• Deliver workforce planning: ensure the strategy for site operations, align across teams on the hiring, coordinate and facilitation of labor, and development of a process to ensure the correct skill at the right time and place based on priorities.
• Support development and management of key performance indicators and metrics that drive improvements in operation.
• Ensure safety, regulatory standards, IPM, and phytosanitary practices are upheld and prioritized.
• Leveraging data analytics and operational research modeling, identify and provide recommendations for modifications that support continuous improvement and development of systems

Qualification & Competencies:

• Masters (M.S) preferred, or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s (B.S.) in logistics, engineering, process planning, agronomy, horticulture, or biology discipline
• Demonstrated success in developing comprehensive plans and delivering results through effective leadership.

• Ability to create a contingency plan and risk adjust to meet timelines and deliver results
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) with proven ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to diverse teams at all levels of the organization

Preferred skills:

• Minimum five years experience in equivalent fields
• Project Management, Process, and Labor Workflow, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Operations Research, and Risk Management,
