Job Summary DJ&A is seeking a part-time IT Technician or Intern with a passion for technology, customer service, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. This position will provide support to the IT Administrator(s) at DJ&A\xe2\x80\x99s headquarters in Missoula, MT. for six office locations. The position will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with IT mentors. Primary Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Support the IT team with ordering, installing, and maintaining hardware, software, and other systems. \xc2\xb7 Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and respond to IT Helpdesk Support Tickets \xc2\xb7 Organize and maintain IT resources. \xc2\xb7 Set up new users and passwords. \xc2\xb7 Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity. \xc2\xb7 Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Required Skills and Abilities \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well independently and with teams. Education and Experience \xc2\xb7 Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major or degree. \xc2\xb7 1+ years of relevant experience. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory environments, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Physical Requirements \xc2\xb7 Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
