What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing... The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) organization is responsible for leading all integrated marketing programs across the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) and Verizon Consumer Groups (the Business Unit). You will lead the design of the marketing strategies, process and plans relative to device launches, campaigns, promotions and products/services. This role will own driving high value device launch campaigns successfully to market. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with Segment Marketing and Marketing Activation on strategic briefings, act as the single source of truth for internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, as well as drive timing and flawless execution.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll plan, manage, execute and report on highly complex, multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand and provide customer insight that inform strategic direction. You will have the authority and independence to ensure that requirements, communication opportunities and risks of the various objectives are identified, managed and completed in a timely fashion in order to achieve on time completion of the program and its phases. This role requires intensive external-facing relationship building and program management, with the ability to work effectively and strategically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (business units, creative, media, retail, social, PR, events, CRM, go to market) and orchestrate end-to-end strategic planning and execution across paid and owned channels for device launches and OEM-related marketing initiatives.
  • Authoring and presenting strategic briefs for new product launches to multiple audiences from working team to executive level overviews.
  • Centralizing and project manage launch and marketing campaign details, acting as the single point of contact for up-to-date, accurate information in order to deliver a cohesive campaign.
  • Owning day-to-day OEM partner communications and managing creative/asset reviews, coordinating meetings and logistics, keeping detailed and organized project tracking.
  • Fostering positive working relationships with OEM partners and becoming expert on OEM brand and product guidelines in order to provide thoughtful guidance to internal teams to aid in successful creative development process.

In this hybrid role, you\'ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for... You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with creative/design teams, traditional & digital media, digital/cx platforms, marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MBA.
  • Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories.
  • Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
  • Experience presenting findings and insights to a targeted audience (up to the executive level).
  • Agency or consultant experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $114,000 and $212,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
