Overview

We are seeking a reliable, safety?focused Installer to lead our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of in?ground waste container systems at customer sites, ensuring each installation meets our quality, safety, and performance standards. The ideal candidate is hands?on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install in?ground waste container systems according to company specifications and site requirements Ability to operate excavation and installation equipment safely and efficiently if necessary Perform site assessments to determine proper placement, depth, and installation method Coordinate with project managers, customers, and field crews to ensure smooth installation workflow Conduct quality checks and verify that all components are functioning correctly Complete installation documentation, including measurements, photos, and service reports Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition Follow all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on job sites

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in construction, equipment operation, utilities installation, or related field Ability to read site plans, measurements, and installation instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and problem?solving skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a professional, customer?focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with underground utility installation or excavation CDL or experience operating heavy equipment would be helpful but not necessary * Knowledge of safety regulations and job site best practices
