BECOMING OUR PRICING COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

$20-$28 per hour

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Your workweek will be consistent, operating a part-time schedule between 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday. You'll manage invoices for various jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role involves gathering essential project information and handling job costing, impacting project success. You'll connect with customers through phone and chat, scheduling estimates, and providing financing information. You'll record installer and technician times for different projects and manage accounts receivable, processing retrofit invoices and rebates. Collaborating with your team, you'll prepare month-end invoices and handle warranty registrations. Additionally, you'll process online permit requests and monitor payment arrangements.

5+ years of customer service experience Fluency in Excel and Outlook Computer experience is essential Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred!
