This position has access to and regularly works with sensitive information and projects of a time sensitive nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the HR Coordinator is regularly dealing with diverse matters that require substantive knowledge of the HR area of responsibility, in addition to basic knowledge of community outreach, volunteerism and philanthropy This is a highly visible position with interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
