Well Burlington Stores, Inc. is looking for a HR Coordinator to support our Engagement, Culture, and Community Impact Team and we think you should join us! The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support and coordination of HR activities to HR leadership at Burlington including communications at all levels of all types to promote Burlington\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to supporting the community. This position has access to and regularly works with sensitive information and projects of a time sensitive nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the HR Coordinator is regularly dealing with diverse matters that require substantive knowledge of the HR area of responsibility, in addition to basic knowledge of community outreach, volunteerism and philanthropy This is a highly visible position with interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Critical partner in enhancing and supporting HR initiatives and Community Impact programs.
  • Manage HR components of grants program, including internal program communication, associate nomination review, and coordination of associate-led grant review committee.
  • Exercises discretion and freedom to act in handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the HR area of support internally and externally.
  • Manage expense reports, budgets and invoices.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and surveys including charts, graphs and importing and exporting of critical data
  • Create and maintain calendars, distribution lists and schedule activities and meetings
  • Arrange programs and meetings by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling meeting budget.
  • Other administrative and HR project related duties as assigned by manager
Those with at least 3 years of HR Coordinator, Executive Administrative, non-profit or community outreach experience will strongly be considered for the role. We would like to see at least 3 years of experience in an HR support role working with multiple calendar management and scheduling. Proven ability to meet deadlines, effectively convey information, prioritize work and multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Come join our team.
