A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Own the end-to-end new associate onboarding and orientation for full-time hires
  • Engage with associates and VP of HR in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, DEI, performance management coaching, ADA, leaves of absence, policy interpretation, etc.
  • Support talent and performance management initiatives as ARCO continues to grow and develop its workforce
  • Support and manage the performance management cycle in UKG
  • Assist with development and coordination of manager and associate HR resources
  • Support our informal mentor program by coaching and supporting leaders and mentors to ensure they are providing the best possible mentorship to new associates
  • Assist with immigration documentation and requests as necessary
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition during exits
  • Foster relationship and build credibility by handling associate queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to other projects as assigned
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-5 years\' of Human Resources Experience
  • Experience developing and running talent management programs
  • Experience working with associates of all levels in the organization preferred
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, Communication or related field preferred
  • SHRM or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills; Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with HRIS is a plus
