  • POSITION SUMMARY


    • Serves as receptionist for Human Resources Department. Performs a variety of clerical duties relating to recruitment, hiring and record keeping. Responsible for all file maintenance of active and inactive employee personnel files. Cross-trained as needed for additional functions of the Human Resources Department.

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Licenses and Certifications Required

      • None

    • Educational Requirements

      • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

    • Experience Requirements

      • Minimum 1 year office experience is required.

      • Requires experience in either HR, medical office or highly professional setting.

      • Previous HR experience is preferred.

    • Special Skills or Training Requirements

      • Excellent computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft office products and spreadsheets is required.

      • Requires ability to work under limited supervision.

      • Must be able to keep information confidential.

      • Must be a team player.

      • Requires excellent customer service behaviors, training and/or background.

      • Excellent keyboarding skills a must. Applicants should type a minimum of 40 WPM.

      • Requires ability to handle difficult customers in a highly professional manner.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Schedule: Full Time, Days
