Annin Flagmakers is looking for a Human Resources Administrator. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, benefits, and employee relations programs and client service. Also responsible for recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and provides administrative support to the HR Manager and the Director of Operations. Position responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Weekly Payroll processing for all hourly employees. Bi-weekly payroll processing for Salary/Non-Exempt employees. Including daily exception reports, attendance, entering VAC/Personal time, checking hours & making adjustments. \xc3\x98 Track employee attendance; issuing attendance warnings as needed according to Annin Attendance policy. \xc3\x98 Update HR reports for Attendance, Headcounts, Evacuation lists, etc. \xc3\x98 Maintain Weekly hours worked report for Director of Manufacturing \xc3\x98 Coding of bills twice weekly, balancing petty cash monthly. Tracking budget in Budget Spreadsheet for Director of Operations. \xc3\x98 Handling phone calls & visitors needs. \xc3\x98 General office duties, including, but not limited to; filing, shredding, delivering mail & ordering office supplies. \xc3\x98 Perform other related duties as assigned Essential skills and experience: \xc3\x98 A minimum of three years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration and support of other functional areas of human resources. \xc3\x98 Experience working with payroll and HRMS systems. \xc3\x98 Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility. \xc3\x98 Speak, read, and write English fluently with above average written and verbal communication skills. \xc3\x98 Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities with tight deadlines and frequent interruptions. \xc3\x98 Strong team player with high performance objectives. \xc3\x98 Must demonstrate initiative, independence, and follow-through. This position provides administrative and project management support to the Human Resources Generalist and the Director of Operations. Primarily responsible for processing payroll, and providing administrative support for HR Generalist General Purpose: Provide administrative support to Human Resource Generalist as needed. Processing of payroll on a weekly basis. Tracking attendance. Coding bills for payment to forward to Corporate Accounts Payable. Including daily exception reports, attendance & FMLA tracking, entering VAC/Personal time, checking hours & making adjustments. \xc3\x98 Track employee attendance; issuing attendance warnings as needed according to Annin Attendance policy. \xc3\x98 Update HR reports for Attendance, Headcounts, Evacuation lists, etc. \xc3\x98 Maintain open lines of communication between Human Resource Generalist. \xc3\x98 Maintain Weekly hours worked report for Director of Manufacturing \xc3\x98 New Employee orientation & enrollment in benefits. \xc3\x98 Coding of bills twice weekly, balancing petty cash monthly.
