It is an exciting time to join Wren Kitchens. We are currently embarking on a rapid period of growth as we open showrooms across the USA. This business growth means that we need to expand the Retail HR Team. You\'ll work with colleagues in the HR Team and Retail Management, to ensure a high quality and consistent HR service. Job title: HR Administrator Location: Wren Kitchens Showroom, Milford, CT Reports to: HR Assistant Travel: Little to none (possible infrequent visit to other showrooms). Key customers: Retail Estate Purpose of role

  • Milford CT based with the possibility (although infrequent) to visit Showrooms in PA, NJ, NY, CT.
  • Deliver a HR service to the Retail Business Area.
  • Operating HR systems including ADP TotalSource and internal record keeping.
  • Supporting the HR Assistant in providing first line support to Managers and Employees.
  • General administrator duties, ensuring work is processed and completed in set timeframes.
Main Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Strong Word and Excel skills.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
ADP provide us with HR, Payroll, Benefits & More Using the ADP TotalSource system you will be responsible for the full HR administration function for the entire Retail Estate:
  • Processing employee documentation for the full employee life cycle: Checking documentation, Creating accounts, Processing background checks, Processing changes and leavers forms.
  • Maintain employee records such as personal information, compensation, benefits, tax information, attendance, performance evaluations, and termination date and reason.
General Administration duties
  • Be the first point of call for employees with general administration queries.
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to process new starters.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Note taking in meetings and disciplinaries.
  • All general administration duties to be undertaken with a can-do attitude.
Desired Skills & Knowledge
  • Essential: Strong administrative skills.
  • Essential: Strong communicator both verbal and written.
  • Essential: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Essential: Excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous Administration experience advantageous.
