This position requires the successful candidate to provide direction, support, coordination, training and leadership for the day-to-day operation and tactical execution of a highly successful condominium-hotel, including but not limited to:
- Leadership of approx. 30 employees
- Creation of weekly, monthly and annual accounting, reports and budgets. for
both the association and rental side of the business.
- Ensuring profitability of the business by exceeding revenue targets and at or
below budgeted expenses.
- Ensuring continuity of established hospitality aspect of business by maintaining
level of exemplary customer service.
- Facility maintenance and capital improvements
- Construction management
- Working with local and regional government and hospitality trade individuals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
