Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage hotel operations while fostering a positive work environment for staff.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff across various departments, promoting teamwork and professional development. Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the overall experience. Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and local businesses to enhance the hotel's reputation in the community. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to identify areas for improvement. Comply with Franchise Brand Requirements

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with revenue management techniques and hospitality software systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to build strong guest relations while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Oracle OperaCloud is a plus.

Pay: $75,023.00 - $87,050.00 per year
