Job Summary

We are seeking a

hands-on, results-driven Hotel General Manager

to lead the daily operations of client

Marriott-branded property ( over 150 rooms).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a full service hotel environment while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Relocation Support:

A relocation package is available for the right candidate, including

up to 60 days of hotel accommodation

during the initial transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations including front office, housekeeping and maintenance. Ensure compliance with

Marriott brand standards

and operational policies Lead, train, and motivate a small but highly effective team, fostering a positive work culture Drive guest satisfaction scores through personalized service and problem resolution Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue growth strategies Implement local marketing and sales initiatives to increase occupancy and RevPAR

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Lightspeed PMS system is required

. Previous experience as a General Manager in a full service hotel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a small, close-knit team. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on leadership style and willingness to be actively involved in daily hotel operations.
