People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s business and technology strategies.

The Orlando office is in the heart of ASIS. It is a place where clients co-create, collaborate, and learn with our Accenture teams. We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with amazing customer service and hospitality skills. This role will provide office operations services and white-glove customer support (client welcome experience, meeting preparation and event production).

Key Responsibilities:

Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, catering, document services, switchboard, reception, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services.

Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.

Oversee and assist with the integration of new joiners.

Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.

Act as a point of contact for the landlord or external providers and manage regular contract relationships.

May receive, review and allocate Workplace Solutions invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed, and may serve as point of contact for managing the Workplace Solutions invoices for the GU/location.

Act as the point of contact for various Workplace Solutions tools/databases, related basic technical support and end user training.

Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy (less than 50% of their time.)
Set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment.

Provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.

Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).

May provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).

Provide support related to on-site catering and liaise with Event Planner(s).

May manage operations of communication center/switchboard on a daily basis.

Greet/direct employees and visitors, issue visitor access cards, answer general inquiriesx, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource.

May assist with customer retrieval, return and/or destruction of documents, according to archival guidelines.

Problem-solve by drawing on knowledge of other departments utilizing network of contacts.

Act as a resource for questions from workgroup and customers.

May prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports associated with the office or workgroup.

May be involved in actions related to programs or projects.

Onsite CF Roles - This role will require you to work in the office.

Work schedule is 8 am-5 pm Mon-Fri. Ability to work occasional overtime and/or flex schedule to support late afternoon/evening events.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

Passionate about customer service

Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

SharePoint skills are also desirable

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California $22.26 to $49.33

Colorado $22.26 to $42.64

New York - Albany $20.63 to $39.47

New York City $25.77 to $49.33

Washington $23.70 to $45.38
