A long-time leader in performance marketing, Fluent launched its data solutions group in early 2018 to enable its unique data set in new applications including programmatic, CTV and social. After rapid growth, Fluent is now a top 10 data provider in the Liveramp Data Store, and is expanding aggressively.

Backed by a powerful team of experts, Fluent\xe2\x80\x99s data solutions are built around its 1st party, declared data set, representing an opted-in audience of around 300MM US profiles. Our clients include agencies, brands, and publishers who leverage our data in their DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs for a variety of use cases. While our data spans several verticals, we have an extremely competitive and differentiated offering in health and pharma specifically.

We are looking for a Sales leader to help accelerate our growth even faster by generating new agency, advertiser, and platform relationships and evangelizing the value of Fluent\xe2\x80\x99s declared data. The right candidate will be an energetic team leader, with an established network and focus on initiating & growing client spend across multiple channels.
What You\'ll Do

  • Coach a team of stellar sales directors; oversee their day-to-day sales activities, assist with presentations/meetings
  • Motivate the team by setting clear expectations, develop career path plans, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a high level of performance from the team
  • Prospect, identify, and close opportunities with agencies, brands, and platforms, specifically with CTV and retail media (RMN) partners
  • Take a consultative sales approach to develop the best solution for Fluent\xe2\x80\x99s data with each client
  • Evangelize the value proposition of Fluent\xe2\x80\x99s 1st party, declared, and opted-in data
  • Recruit data usage across various consumer verticals to include but not limited to: Health & Pharma, Home & Family, Consumer Goods & Services, and other verticals through cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face meetings
  • Work with the operations teams to facilitate custom data requests
  • Update and create sales proposals, pitches, presentations, weekly sales pipeline updates and reports
  • Manage & grow individual team relationships within agencies
Requirements
  • 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience carrying quota while growing sales teams at a DSP, SSP, or data vendor
  • CTV and/or RMN experience preferred
  • Experience growing an established business line 35-50% YoY
  • Excels with large, strategic accounts
  • Extensive Agency relationships
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, major players, planning and execution processes
  • Creative thinker to drive precise solution development
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and a proven track record on achieving revenue goals
  • Understands complex customer requirements, ability to find multiple avenues of entry into an account, and has excellent prospecting and closing skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, marketing or business preferred

Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Fluent participates in the E-Verify Program. As a participating employer, Fluent, LLC will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee\xe2\x80\x99s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
