Summary
The Director of Sales is located on the US east coast works, works mostly remote and will manage all sales activities for our Donor Screening - Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) accounts within their region in the US and Canada. This includes development of strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities in a direct market and new project development. The role reports directly into the VP of Diagnostic Sales N.A. The Director analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results and directly manages major critical client accounts and directs the management of all other accounts. This position will lead customer interactions and coordinate with a cross functional team of engineers, technical account specialists, clinical affairs representatives, finance specialists, and marketing teams to plan and achieve revenue and operating income targets. A professional focused in sales as well as a solid background in blood screening and/or diagnostic market is required to be able to fulfil this position.
