The GMP Training Coordinator is responsible to implement a cGMP documented training program through the assessment, design, and evaluation of existing training content and needs delivery methods using current best practices. The ideal candidate must be a team player with high energy level who is highly analytical, process oriented, is focused on continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and launching annual GMP training
  • Reviews existing training program; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry
  • Ensures that training materials (SOPs, Curriculum) and programs are current, accurate, and effective
  • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
  • Collaborate with SME\'s to ensure effective and efficient content of training
  • Optimize training processes for efficiency
  • Increase on time completion of training items
  • Coordinate annual review of functional curriculum in collaboration with Managers
  • Administrate LMS (Cornerstone)
  • Provide data for Management review in support of cGMP training compliance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field
  • Two years\' experience in a GMP environment
  • Strong computer skills (Powerpoint, Word Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to learn new tasks and adapt to change
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia, training platforms and methods
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS a plus
