The Company\'s operations have grown significantly over the past several years, and with it, the level of complexity our accounting organization is facing. This role offers a great opportunity to implement the infrastructure needed to scale our Global Finance Shared Services Payroll operations.

Primary Function of Position

The Global Payroll Process & HCM System Lead will report directly to the Sr. Manager of US Payroll and primarily be responsible for design, implementation, maintenance, oversight and administration of our Global Payroll Processes related to the HCM system, payroll project management. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining partnerships with Regional Payroll Leaders, Legal, Human Resources (\xe2\x80\x9cHR\xe2\x80\x9d), Tax, IT, the system suppler, and Benefits along with ensuring compliance with federal, state and local agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience driving innovative and best-in-class processes and project management methodology to ensure timely and accurate employee payroll via an efficient payroll process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement payroll processes that directly and indirectly intersect with the HCM system owned by Human Resources
  • Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the HCM solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing
  • Work with the implementation consulting partner, Payroll team, and HR team to convert legacy payroll data into HCM
  • Assist the Integration implementation consulting partner to configure and test integrations between HCM and Payroll third-party/custom solutions (ADP, Workforce, etc.)
  • Ensure the company fully understands and leverages the full functionality of HCM solutions
  • Ensures the system is set up to support compliance with company policy, contract requirements, and federal and state payroll regulations
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other payroll team members
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
  • Provide the Payroll Project owner with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
  • Collaborate with vendor to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancements
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training, job aids, system updates, policies, etc.
  • Ensure customer service for Payroll is of the highest standards
  • Design and implement error tracking, and provide detailed reports on errors including root cause
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in line with Global Finance SSC project methodology
  • Consolidate, prepare, and report on Payroll metrics
  • Understand and update internal controls as needed, and ensure internal control activities are completed timely
  • Support internal and external auditor requests
  • Ensure processes are documented according to Global Finance SSC standards
  • Own, execute, and deliver on other assignments
Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Must have recent hands-on experience successfully implementing a HCM solution globally and be able speak to the details
  • Minimum 7+ years of functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Performance Management software solutions or systems
  • Consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant preferred
  • Experience implementing or working with HCM, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  • Experience with HR administration and general exposure / knowledge of various HR functions (e.g., policy, compensation, employee relations, benefits, performance management, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus
  • Knowledge of building leadership reports and dashboards for management and executives
  • Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skills at multiple levels
  • MUST be willing and able to be hands-on in all responsibilities and other assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
  • Must be a team player but also able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions and levels of an organization to drive teams towards success-based results
  • Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail
  • Must be able to think at the strategic level while implementing at the project level
  • Willing/able to work onsite at least 2 days/week at our Peachtree Corners office (Required)
  • Travel: Willing/able to travel 25% to 50% domestically to support business need

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
