The Global Director of Thought Leadership and Content will oversee a robust and compelling content program that builds awareness about the company\'s industry-leading insights and expertise with clients, prospective clients and other stakeholders. The Director is a critical contributor to the global marketing organization, serving as a protector of the brand and a gatekeeper of all publications to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the company\'s priorities and keeps up with industry events. Such content can be both wide-ranging and narrowly focused and includes (but isn\'t limited to) a quarterly magazine, monthly reports, white papers, research reports, email and sales copy and podcasts. The Director and their team will be a lead contributor to the external communications strategy, including the development and support of a thought leadership calendar. This Director is acutely attune to the U.S. news cycle with a focus on retail banking and financial sector impact. With excellent writing and verbal skills, the Director is comfortable working with senior management to extract, mine and distill technical concepts and research into cogent material that is ultimately used to drive sales.

The Global Director of Thought Leadership and Content will report to the Global Director of Marketing, while working closely with our line of business leaders and the global marketing organization. The Director also works closely with senior leadership across Curinos to ensure that the company\'s priorities and points of view are reflected in written content and graphic design. The director manages a team of content writers and collaborates with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and timing of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop thought leadership strategy and editorial calendar, in partnership with Line of Business leads, subject matter experts and marketing colleagues.
  • Serves as gatekeeper and editorial sign off for all thought leadership, marketing and sales content that goes to market, in both physical and digital mediums.
  • Conceptualizes and manages the strategy and creation of all weekly, monthly, and quarterly perspectives, reviews, research reports and blogs.
  • Serves supporting role to event marketing and sales coordinated outreach, drafting, editing, and approving all marketing and sales materials before go-live.
  • Closely monitors and digests the U.S. news cycle related to the financial sector and researches and analyzes industry trends to feed into editorial and marketing theming processes.
  • Oversees complete editorial calendar across the organization, connecting with key stakeholders as needed to collaboration on go-to-market strategies.
  • Responsibility for the management and editorial oversight of the Curinos (F)Insights podcast.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000
