As a Senior Director of Data Architecture and Delivery at JPMorgan Chase, you lead architecture and delivery functions across our multiple credit card products, embracing modern practices and technologies to enable a best-in-class architecture for Chase\'s future transactional, analytical and machine learning systems. Collaborate across business and technical domains in the architecture and delivery functions to execute critical initiatives. Bring your dynamic expertise to impact the adoption and implementation of technical methods within various teams and aid the firm in remaining at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads multiple data architecture and process implementations across departments to achieve firm wide architecture objectives
  • Leads engineering teams to successfully execute against our data strategy.
  • Provides leadership and high-level direction to teams while frequently overseeing direct and matrix employees across multiple data architecture platforms, divisions, and lines of business
  • Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus across competing objectives
  • Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations
  • Champions the firm\'s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience developing and leading large cross-functional teams of data architects and engineers
  • Experience leading complex data architecture projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability
  • Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
  • Extensive practical cloud native experience
