Job Duties

The Gift Shop Associate is responsible for creating a positive customer service experience by assisting with retail sales and capturing high-quality photographs for guests to purchase. Greet customers and provide information about products. Operate point-of-sale system (Ipad), handle cash and credit card transactions. Keep sales areas clean, and organized to maximize sales. Complete month-end inventory when needed. Create a fun and memorable photo experience for all guests. Operate and maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in working order. Guide customers through the photo viewing and purchasing process.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have valid Driver's License.

Other

Some lifting and bending required. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
