We are seeking a motivated and friendly Gift Shop Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a key role in maintaining the shop's inventory and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors. Along with explaining the Entrance procedure coming into the park from Booth.
Duties
Greet customers warmly
Process transactions accurately using the cash register, handling cash and credit card payments.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products, ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with a basic understanding of retail math.
Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain stock levels effectively.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
