Position overview

As the Foundation Administrator, you will provide support by overseeing the operations of the company\xe2\x80\x99s foundation by tracking and logging activity, recommending, developing, and administering procedures and processes, assisting with grant review and approvals, and creating fundraising campaign strategies.

Primary Responsibilties

  • Monitors all regulatory filings for the Foundation
  • Develops and monitors PRS Holdings Foundation operational budget
  • Keeps informed about changes in regulatory issues affecting foundations and/or nonprofits and relays information to the Board of Directors if necessary
  • Oversees grant payments and provide proper recordkeeping
  • Monitors and responds to grant inquiries
  • Consults with leadership of NPO\xe2\x80\x99s interested in applying to receive a grant from the PRSH Foundation, advises on eligibility
  • Reviews proposals from Regional Directors and prepares for submission to Board
  • Ensures timely payment and recording of approved grants
  • Performs site visits as appropriate, periodic travel throughout our California and Nevada offices required
  • Supports Regional Directors and ensures proper training on eligibility requirements and Foundation Operations
  • Collects Payroll Deduction forms for all employee owners wishing to contribute to the Foundation via Payroll Deduction at any of the PRS companies
  • Writes quarterly newsletter articles providing Foundation updates to our Employee Owners
  • Internal Marketing focus, making the PRS Holdings Foundation visible at each geographic location
  • Provides Annual video or presentation on the accomplishments of the Foundation to be given at the Shareholders Meeting
  • Represents the Foundation to other Foundations, support organizations and grantees
  • Networks in community and participates in partnerships/collaborative opportunities with other Grantmakers and nonprofit organizations as appropriate
  • Seeks opportunities to highlight contributions of the PRS Holdings Foundation
  • Creates and processes donation Acknowledgement forms for all external donors
  • Ensures donor data and records are secure and maintained in a current, accurate and usable form
  • Develops and implements marketing strategies and activities
  • Coordinates content for PRSH Foundation website
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
  • Demonstrates flexibility to effectively deal with changing priorities and timelines through analytical problem solving
  • Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Display superior written and oral communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Maintain a tactful, mature, and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse personnel
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree or certificate in related field preferred but not required
  • High Volume environment
  • Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
