Description The Learning Administrator is responsible for administering learning programs that support education goals within Providence Learning Applications. In collaboration with stakeholders the Administrator is responsible for administering logistical aspects for learning programs using the infrastructure systems and tools to manage PSJH system-wide education delivery. Support tier 2 help desk questions in regards to learning technology, troubleshoot system issues. Required qualifications:

• 2 years Learning management software (HealthStream preferred), database management products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Education, Health Science, or related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
