Sporks is Spokane's fast-casual, nostalgia-inspired biscuit bar built for people on the go. We serve elevated diner-style comfort food, grab-and-go wraps, sandwiches, salads, and our famous biscuits, all powered by a crew committed to kindness, consistency, and speed.

What You'll Do

You'll be the heartbeat of our Skywalk location, making sure every guest feels seen, supported, and served fast. Responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve menu items including biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, salads, and grab-and-go selections Work efficiently on the line using our speed-built systems for fast turnaround times Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and positivity Handle POS operations, cash management, and accurate order-taking Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the cafe and prep areas Restock, rotate, and organize inventory Follow all recipes, portioning guidelines, and brand standards Support the team with opening, closing, and daily reset routines Create a welcoming, positive environment for weekday professionals, visitors, and Skywalk regulars

What We're Looking For

You're someone who brings energy, kindness, and hustle. You enjoy serving people and working in a fast-paced environment where speed matters.

Experience in cafe, diner, QSR, or food service preferred but not required Ability to multitask and move quickly under pressure Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliability and consistency; you show up ready to serve Comfortable working mornings and weekdays (peak hours) A love for nostalgia-inspired food and Spokane community culture is a plus

Pay: $16.75 - $18.00 per hour
