Job Overview

We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain proper sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Qualifications

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience as a host/host or in guest services is advantageous Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial
