We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced food service environment. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met. Duties

Provide outstanding guest services by greeting customers and taking orders accurately. Assist in food preparation and presentation while adhering to food safety guidelines. Operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS and OpenTable efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS, OpenTable) is a plus. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Pay: $7.25 - $25.11 per hour
