This Project Manager position requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands frequently fast-paced, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and oversight of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The Project Manager position centers around utilizing PM methodologies to lead on projects that develop new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyze and improve on existing ones. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and determine how to correct errors and mitigate risks is important. Work must be done correctly, while focusing on accomplishing the goal and requiring the highest quality work from co-workers and team mates. Interest and energy focuses primarily on the work at hand. The broad scope of the position demands a factual and direct style of communication. A high level of integrity and ethical standards, as well as the ability to manage sometimes confidential information is also critical for the role.

As a Project Manager, you will manage projects from initiation through delivery and coordinate the implementation of new products, services, and other initiatives, including vendor initiatives. You will serve as liaison between the company and internal clients, external vendors, and technical and non-technical departments, while ensuring all targets, requirements, scope, and deadlines are met. Additionally, as a Project Manager you will create, update and maintain all, Statements of Work, Requirements/Business Analyst documents, project plans, test plans other quality assurance documents, and other critical project documentation, while building a great rapport with clients, fellow associates and vendors and treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

\xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s degree related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

\xc2\xb75 years of related work experience

\xc2\xb73 years of experience managing multiple projects.

Desired Qualifications: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following qualifications:

\xc2\xb7Project Management Professional (PMP) or other applicable project certification(s).

\xc2\xb7Banking software experience.

\xc2\xb75 years of experience in the banking industry.

\xc2\xb75 years of experience managing multiple projects.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications which include Project, Outlook, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other PM and workflow mapping software as deemed appropriate for the project.
  • Ability to work with business unit leaders on committees and projects and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Judgment and decision-making ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards, including strong accountability.
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to apply a common sense approach to issue resolution.
  • Well-developed analytical skills; ability to assimilate large volumes of information, prioritize issues, form conclusions, determine appropriate action, and effectively translate complicated concepts into simple and understandable communications.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative on projects and being a team player.
  • Quality Control and Business Analyst abilities.
Work Environment:
  • Option for remote/hybrid work within our footprint of KS, MO, CO, NM, TX, UT, WY, ID
  • Must be able to travel - estimated 5 - 10% of the time.
