We are working with a large, publicly traded company that is in growth mode. Because of their growth, they\'re looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead and grow the technical accounting function.
This role is REMOTE (based in the Northeast) with limited travel on a quarterly basis.

education: Bachelor\'s degree
experience: 4 Years
responsibilities:
- Lead Technical accounting
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports filed with SEC and CSE
- Assist in the continuous assessment of pre-existing disclosures and the need for new disclosures to ensure compliance with all CSE and SEC reporting requirements
- Coordinate with the external and internal auditors
- Ensure accuracy of quarterly and annual reports
- SOX compliance
- Special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned
- BA in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- CPA required
- Big 4 experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
