Job Description


As a Global Program Manager in the Corporate and Investment Bank Finance organization, you will be leading large-scale projects across the control organization to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Financial Reporting processes.

The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program execution across multiple projects and will be responsible for creating statements of work, developing project plans, gathering business requirements, defining operating models, conducting current state assessments, remediating regulatory and audit findings an much more. Working with the different Corporate and Investment Bank leads, the Program Manager will develop deep knowledge of each project and related BAU operations to deliver on business priorities, as identified by the Program Sponsors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end management of multiple large-scale projects across External Reporting Controllers, Product Controllers, Financial Controllers, and Accounting Policy organizations
  • Provide strategic vision and guidance to push project agenda to meet business needs
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver consistent, excellent client experience
  • Ensure effective internal communications among all the workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring all are engaged
  • Manage forums for project updates and manage project scorecards.
  • Facilitate meetings with Senior Managers and key stakeholders to communicate updates, directional changes and key risks/issues while influencing outcomes and driving resolution

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • End-to-end project management experience working across stakeholders including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, and manage multiple activities
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently with an ownership mindset
  • Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and regions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Knowledge/experience as a Program Manager in a large-scale Finance organization and/or subject matter knowledge of Financial Reporting requirements
  • Strong understanding of and experience with different development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and innovations tool (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Xceptor)
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
