Pay:

Base pay starts at $15.50/hr. With average tips (around $0.50/hr), total pay can be up to $16.42/hr. Bonuses: $50 monthly performance bonus, bi-weekly cash bonuses, and "floater pay" if you can work at multiple locations.

Schedule:

Must be able to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.

Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Five Guys in Old Bridge is looking for a Shift Leader to help guide our team. This is a key role for someone with 1-2 years of supervisory experience who wants to run efficient shifts and coach crew members. We have an open-kitchen environment where teamwork and quality are what we're all about.

Your Role as a Leader

Run smooth shifts, managing everything from cash handling to station assignments. Lead by example in our busy kitchen, motivating the crew to deliver quality service. Train and coach team members on all positions, helping them develop their skills. Uphold all company policies and food safety standards.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or similar setting. You are a natural coach who enjoys mentoring a team. You have strong communication and problem-solving skills. You consistently arrive on time for your shifts. You are authorized to work in the United States.
