where you're on the floor, not stuck in an office? We're hiring a Shift Leader for our Five Guys in Downingtown to guide our crew and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

As a Shift Team Leader

, you'll be the go-to person for the team. You'll coach crew members, jump on any station when needed, and uphold our standards for food and service. Your role is to set the pace, solve problems, and keep the team working together effectively. We provide all the training you need.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting. Someone who leads by example and enjoys working alongside their team. Good communication skills for coaching your crew and interacting with customers. Able to arrive on time and be dependable for all scheduled shifts. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, is highly preferred. Able to be on your feet for your shift and lift up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
