Base $18.50/hr. - Up to $20.50/hr.

High School or GED diploma preferred

Ready to lead a team in one of NYC's most iconic neighborhoods? Our Five Guys on Bleecker Street is seeking an experienced and hands-on Shift Manager to guide our crew.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

As the Shift Manager, you are the leader on the floor responsible for running smooth shifts from open to close. You will coach and develop team members on every station, manage daily cash and operational procedures, and work alongside the crew. Your leadership is key to ensuring food quality, making sure guests have a good experience, and keeping the team working well together.

Our Must-Haves

A minimum of one year of fast-casual restaurant management experience. A current Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection from the NYC DOHMH (This is mandatory). Ability to lead a team effectively in a busy kitchen environment. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Authorized to work in the US.
