Pay: Base wage starts at $16.00/hr. Total potential earnings can reach up to $21.50 per hour (includes customer tips & performance bonuses). Schedule: Full-time and part-time openings. Your Role as a Leader

This is your chance to guide a crew and manage shift operations in a busy restaurant.

Train, coach, and motivate team members, setting the standard for food quality and great service. Manage daily operations, from inventory and cash handling to food safety standards. Lead by example by working alongside your team on the line, at the register, and with daily cleaning tasks. Foster a supportive and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting. A talent for motivating people and a calm, constructive approach to problem-solving. Someone who is reliable and can arrive on time for every scheduled shift. Authorized to work in the US.
