We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to maintain and oversee the company\'s building and equipment to ensure that the workspace is safe and functional. Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations, and coordinating renovations and updates. The Facilities Manager must coordinate with the internal healthcare professionals and department managers consistently to determine the facilities\' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
• Monitor and update service contracts on existing equipment
• Perform and document routine safety inspections on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Monitor medical gases including replacing and ordering
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities; completing maintenance orders
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise
• Assist with office relocation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of facilities experience, preferably in a medical clinic setting.
• Must be familiar with clinic equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and must be very customer service oriented
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines as directed.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills.
