eFund Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is currently seeking an outgoing and optimistic individual who is interested in impacting people\'s lives and looking to gain new skills as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

This is a full-time opportunity in our Southfield, Michigan office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).

The Executive Assistant must be a quick learner, have a professional demeanor, and be extremely reliable.

About the job:

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Handle customer service, business-related, and recruiting telephone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing company emails and postal mail
• Arrange team meetings, events, and contests
• Prepare reports via Microsoft Excel
• Maintain databases and filing systems; electronic or paper
• Assisting sales agents with licensing compliance
• Managing the social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.
• Order office supplies
• Operate and maintain office equipment, such as computers, headsets, copiers, or phone systems.
• Provide support to the management team
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
• Back-end recruiting

Benefits

• Compensation: Starting Salary $35,000 - $40,000 (depending on experience)

Job Qualifications

• Type 50 words per minute
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work, in-person, from the Southfield, MI office; not remote/virtual
• Reliable and Coachable
• Very comfortable with Microsoft Windows operating systems and programs: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• 2+ year experience preferred
