Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Executive and Employee Global Communications Strategist to support our global marketing team.

This position can be hybrid.

What You Will Do

Drive and execute our global employee communications strategy, tactics, channels and measurement to enhance employee retention and future employee recruitin

Develop a strategy that leverages our employer value proposition, channels and messengers from executives to front line managers

Cultivate meaningful content and news from a range of global resources that:

Reinforces our employer value proposition, builds awareness for the impact we have on patients, and leverages the dimensions of Principle Based Management

Reaches employees around the world in roles ranging from office-based to manufacturing products in our plants

Collaborate with our executive Lead Team to deliver leverage their voices to engage and inform employees and build our internal and external brand presence

Manage quarterly townhalls for the Lead Team, our intranet, a digital monthly newsletter, digital signage and other employee channels

Build and lead a Global Employee Communications Counsel to cultivate ideas, capture feedback and deploy content

Cultivate employee communication insights that inform channel and content strategies

Support the Human Resources and Recruiting team with compelling content that reinforces our employer value proposition

Support Marketing with sales and sales enablement communications

Support employee communications for M&A integration

Write and manage employee communications content

Measure results and pivot strategies based on results

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or other relevant field; master\'s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of strategic employee and executive communications experience
  • 3+ years of business communications writing experience
  • Experience managing and executing multiyear, multichannel employee communications strategies

  • A portfolio of employee communication examples
  • Experience managing employee communications within a medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostics or healthcare company
  • Knowledge of the medical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) industry
  • Experience with employee digital communication tools
  • Experience collaborating with and managing vendors
  • Experience managing employee communications for mergers & acquisition (M&A) integration
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization
