We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to organize excellent events. You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards. We are located in Union City, GA so you must be able to commute. Must be well-organized and competent in vendor management. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidats. The goal is to organize unforgettable events that will ensure the enetertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
- UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH EVENT
- PLAN EVENT WITH ATTENTION TO FINANCIAL & TIME CONSTRAINTS
- BOOK VENUES & ACQUIRE NECESSARY PERMIT & LICENSES
- RESEARCHING FOR EVENT FOR OPTIMAL SUCCESS
- BEST COMBINATION OF QUALITY AND COST
- NEGOTIATE WITH VENUES TO ACHIEVE THE MOST FAVORRABBLE TERMS
- HIRE PERSONNEL
- MANAGE ALL EVENT OPERATIONS
- DO FINAL CHECKS THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT TO ENSURE IT MEETS STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS
- ACT QUICKLY TO RESOLVE ANY EVENT LOCATIONS AND LICENSE COMPLICATIONS
- EVEALUATE EVENT SUCCESS AND SUBMIT REPORTS
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS EVENT COORDINATOR
- A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF ORGANIZING SUCCESSFUL EVENTS
- PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE & GOOGLE
- EXCELLENT VENDOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC RECRUITMENT PRACTICES
- OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- WELL-ORGANIZED WITH MULTI-TASKING SKILLS
- ABLE TO HANDLE STRESS AND REMAIN CALM
- PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY
- PUBLIC RELATIONS OR RELEVANT FIELD IS PREFERRED
- NETWORKING SKILLS
- Flexible schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Bonus pay

- Tyrone, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
