Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the inbound and outbound servicing of established accounts, while working in a team environment consisting of inside and outside sales. In addition to the duties of Inside Sales Representative, this position will also serve as the Event Coordinator for the facility. This role will assist the facility staff, personnel, and executive leadership with the planning, set-up, and execution of facility events. This role will assist with communication between the event owner regarding payment, scheduling, special assistance, and other areas. This role will also serve as fill-in for the facility receptionist and assist with reception responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Event Coordinator Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 50%
    • Maintain event equipment, supplies, and contact database.
    • Develop logistics plan for event and site set-up.
    • Provide on-site event management and operation support during events.
    • Proactively contact and respond to event owners about their responsibilities after an event has been scheduled.
    • Assist other staff and departments on various short- and long-term projects.
  • Reception Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 20%
    • Answer and direct all incoming calls.
    • Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival.
    • Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier.
    • Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur.
    • May support departments in clerical assignments.
  • Inside Sales Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 30%
    • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner.
    • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
    • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and quantities.
    • Accurately process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns.
    • Educate customers about products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-6+ months of related experience.
  • Ability to independently solve problems.
  • Ability and willingness to work multiple shifts based on business need.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient with CRM and/or telephony software.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
