Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a ESXP Solution Marketing Leader in Westmont, IL.

: Contribute to the global ESXP strategy and roadmap and define the related Partner-led roadmap. Analyze the market trends and competition and obtain customer feedback. Provide strategy and vision for partner led experience in ESXP software solutions, shaping a consistent partner-led vision aligned with all Energy Management LOBs/Divisions. Define the approach including Capex to Opex vision and bridge with Services. Build value proposition and customer experience of partners within digital solutions software. Provide use cases and customer experience for end-to-end customer journey including commissioning, non-connected architectures and native connectivity. Validate ideas with pilots and proof of concepts that can determine pricing, GTM, positioning and Willingness to Pay. Develop strategic roadmap for customer solution that develops innovative digital IoT offering setting a specific pilot or project objective. Oversee the execution of project leveraging the agile methodology and maintaining consistent interaction with PMO and GT Solution & ART teams. Define full customer journey map and align with IoT offers and experience. Develop detailed customer scenarios leveraging connected offers and software tools, including monetization and service paths. Support the launch of connected offers and solutions into the marketplace along with the deployment teams. Contribute to end to end system validation. Provide detailed recommendation on our capability to execute our requirements (resource allocation, budget). Eligible for 100% remote work, reporting to employer\xe2\x80\x99s worksite in Westmont, IL.

Requirements: Position requires Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Engineering (Any), Finance, Business Administration, or related field and progressive, post-bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s experience (3 years with Master\xe2\x80\x99s, 5 years with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s) in marketing analysis and strategy, or related occupation, including at least some experience in the following skills: Gathering customer feedback using Dovetail and Focus groups; Analyzing market trends and competitors; Leading transversal alignment in a complex and multi-cultural environment; Marketing Schneider Electric products and collaborating with industry-related partner businesses and ecosystems; Deploying and managing digital transformation initiatives, both internally and with external partners; Building and executing marketing strategy; Authorizing service providers (Power Services EcoXpert) for diffuse markets and non-critical buildings; Generating digitally-enabled services (SaaS, DaaS); Managing projects using Agile methodology; and Giving input to affect codes and standards.
