Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Drive sales by effectively negotiating and following up with businesses and customers, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment with services Proactively reach out to both new and existing customers to promote AT&T's products and services, generating and increasing sales opportunities. Initiate direct communication with businesses and customers, representing AT&T's product and service offerings to manage accounts and process sales orders. Educate customers on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services tailored to customers' needs. This Entry Level AT&T Assistant role starts at entry level - attending training and skill development sessions will be weekly to enhance ability in this role. Provide personalized recommendations based on your knowledge of AT&T's offerings and each customer's specific needs.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required Previous sales experience, especially in customer-facing roles (e.g., retail or hospitality), is a bonus Outgoing personality to connect with customers Professional demeanor to engage with business owners Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and solution oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales environment. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward sales and customer service.
