Veritas Management is looking for anEntry Level AT&T Associate to be the product expert and sales driver for our partner's wireless campaigns in Stamford, CT. This role requires a consultative sales approach and the energy to engage customers daily. We need somebody who learns quickly, has an eye for technology, and a passion for selling AT&T. Your success will be measured by your ability to engage with customers and consistency in driving results.

Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities:



Initiate customer-facing discussions, actively selling and promoting the newest AT&T wireless devices, plans, and accessories. Master the features and benefits of all AT&T wireless telecom products to effectively drive product sales and services. Deliver a superior sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently achieving individual and team sales quotas. Set up and activate new mobile devices, ensuring the customer understands their new technology and services. Provide professional guidance to customers on plan comparisons, coverage options, and value-added AT&T services. Participate in daily sales and product knowledge meetings to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings. Maintain an organized and engaging sales environment, adhering to all brand standards and compliance guidelines. Serve as a knowledgeable resource, troubleshooting basic customer questions related to their wireless products.

Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications:



Genuine enthusiasm for wireless technology. Highly motivated and competitive. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A professional, engaging demeanor. Punctuality, reliability, and strong accountability. Experience in retail sales or promotions is a plus. Basic computer literacy.

Pay: $4,400.00 - $5,300.00 per month
