We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our AT&T Sales Team at Radiant Consulting in Wichita, KS. As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. You'll help connect individuals and families with wireless products and services, including phone and internet plans that best fit their needs.

What You'll Do as an Entry-Level AT&T Sales Associate:

Engage directly with customers at their residences to promote AT&T wireless products and services Educate customers on available wireless phone plans, promotions, and upgrades tailored to their needs Guide customers through enrollment, activation, and account setup to ensure a smooth experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments Collaborate with your manager and team to meet weekly sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences Participate in daily meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on wireless service offerings and tools

What You Bring to the Role:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach A positive, professional attitude and strong motivation to achieve results Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, performance-driven environment Full-time availability, Monday-Saturday (travel to assigned territories required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commission-only Pay Structure: $100+ per completed customer enrollment Average Weekly Earnings: $800-$1,350 based on individual performance Schedule: Monday-Saturday (full-time, in-person) Work Environment: Direct residential outreach within the greater Wichita, KS area Training: Comprehensive, hands-on 2-week training provided Products Sold: Wireless products and services, internet, and home plans through AT&T, one of the nation's top telecommunications providers
