Entry Level AT&T Assistant

Arise Solutions Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level AT&T Assistants. In this role, you will represent AT&T, one of the most trusted names in wireless and entertainment, and serve as a key point of contact for customers exploring new connectivity solutions.

As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, educate them on AT&T products and services, and recommend personalized wireless solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and growing within a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to educate them on wireless, mobile, and communication services Explain AT&T wireless plans, device options, and service benefits in a clear and friendly manner Recommend customized solutions based on each customer's needs Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently working toward sales goals Build strong relationships that encourage customer satisfaction and long term loyalty Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong product knowledge Collaborate with team members to meet performance benchmarks and share best practices Actively listen to customer concerns, respond with empathy, and follow up when needed
