Canon has a full time/permanent opportunity for a Enterprise Operations Manager supporting a biopharmaceutical company client of ours in Rhode Island. We are seeking candidates that are able to serve as a liaison between Canon and our customer while ensuring service levels are being met and productivity levels are being fulfilled. Overview: Responsible for long-term strategical and mid-term operational direction of a large enterprise client account to ensure a high level of operational expertise as well as overseeing customer service and client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures that contribute to the accomplishment of financial, material, and human resource objectives. Directs the client\xe2\x80\x99s operational needs analysis. Investigates, communicates, and recommends strategic direction and operational improvements for future efficiencies. QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years previous related warehouse and logistical operations experience /Pharma industry experience preferred.
- Practical expertise with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory regulations and requirements for pharmaceuticals and devices
- Monitor and control warehouse operations according to HSE practices, cGMP, cGDP compliance and quality policy.
- Assure visibility of monitoring results for internal stakeholders in an order to contribute for orchestration of the site operations.
- Review and control records of resources handled according to established processes.
- Be an advocate for safe operating and high-quality performance, alerting ascending colleagues to any potential risks and suggesting process optimizations or improvements.
- Understanding of FIFO inventory management concepts.
- Develops and manages relationships with clients on a periodic basis as it relates to the delivery of operations, management, data, or statistical services and products.
- Seeks out and address client issues to prevent service level deficiencies
- Demonstrated ability to develop management and supervisors
- 10 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
