How will you do it Responsible for all Manufacturing Operations, effective integration with Product Team Activities. Coordinate with and support of financial requirements. Manage all financial functions at the facility. Prepare budgets, forecast, and control expenditures in accordance with the approved plans and budgets. Plan long range facility capability and capacity. Manage effective supervision and management of resources. Manage the achievement of manufacturing, Division and Group goals. Develop and implement long and short-range plans and policies in support of manufacturing, Division and Group goals. Maintain close surveillance over operations to assure coordination and integration of workflow, budgetary conformance, schedules and optimum utilization of personnel, machines, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate and direct major projects such as expansion, acquisition and installation of equipment, major repairs, and plant layout changes. Promote and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction level for both internal and external customers. Conduct and personally engage in public and civil relations, customer and vendor relations and others as necessary for the best interest of the company. Administer company policy, rules and actions as required. Participate as management representative in Labor relations and negotiations as required. Appraise performance of assigned personnel and recommends appropriate changes in salary and status. Manage employee workforce in manner to encourage employee involvement/participation with emphasis on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Implement world class techniques such as ITT, cell manufacturing, and process control. Titles and Number of Employees Supervised by Operations Manager: 11: Production Supervisor; Project Engineer; Industrial Production Supervisor; Production Supervisor; Lean Leader; and Plant Trainer/Coordinator. What we look for This position requires a Bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer or related engineering occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Allocating headcount resources to prioritize objectives and execute the monthly revenue target; (2) Delivering planned revenue while maintaining the budgeted conversion costs and productivity; (3) Identifying issues related to safety, quality, revenue, and costs, and developing contingency plans based on severity or impact; (4) Production equipment and software programs needed to analyze production results; (5) Production management to maximize plant\'s efficiency; and (6) Project Management to drive the timely execution of projects to improve plant KPis.
