ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Training Manager will play a critical role in designing and implementing talent development initiatives that empower our employees to reach their full potential and drive the success of our SaaS, product driven organization. The Trechnical Training Manager will help establish plans and processes, tracking and consistency that help our investment in our employees\' growth while providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

We are a remote-first organization with remote and hybrid employees aligned to flexible teams from office locations in California, Missouri, Wisconsin and the United Kingdom. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York.

Starting Pay Range: [$90,000.00 - 110,000.00]

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training and development needs, identify skill gaps, and design targeted programs to address those gaps.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and accelerated integration into their roles.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and design career development standards
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent development to ensure our programs are innovative and aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on career development and learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to leverage resources for training and development initiatives.
  • Administer and manage our learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless access and tracking of training programs and employee development plans.
  • Create the strategy for all training session facilitation
  • Create, implement, and manage the talent development programs to align with Entegral business goals
  • Schedule, Track and Facilitate interactive training sessions that engage a diverse audience such as:
  • Agility frameworks
  • Product Mindset
  • Compliance
  • DEI
  • Leadership and Management topics
  • Onboarding topics
  • Assist with Community relations activities and the formal mentor program

Qualifications

Required:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Occasional travel to company offices or meetings as required (about 3-4 times per year)
  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated workspace are required
  • Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, CA, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Business, Technology or Education focus preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in technical training roles (talent development/training, agile coaching or a management role) within a SaaS/Agile organization
  • Experience developing and delivering training related to Agility/Scrum Frameworks
  • Experience delivering training in both virtual/remote environments and in-person classrooms
  • Experience producing e-learning materials
  • Familiarity in designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms (such as Pluralsight, LMS365)
  • Advanced skills in coaching, developing, empowering, and evaluating employees
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Atlassian Suite
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe principles and best practices
  • Investigative/curious mind with a strong technical aptitude and desire to figure out new technologies
  • Ability to translate technical processes and concepts in simple terms while ensuring material is engaging and interesting
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of organizational training and development practices
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Passion for talent development, continuous learning, and fostering a culture of growth.
Preferred:
  • Experience working within the Software or Insurance industry a plus
  • Talent Development Certification (ATPD) or SHRM-CP
Or Certification in either Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or SAFe
  • Local to Madison, WI area (not required)
