Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as outlining tasks, resources, and timelines - Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation or contingency plans to ensure project success - Allocate tasks, plan, and organize the work to be done by the team members based on their skills, expertise, and availability Leadership and Team Management: - Provide exceptional leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the project objectives - Assess team capacity and distribute workload evenly to maximize efficiency and productivity - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members\' professional growth Stakeholder Management and Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project - Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged - Present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly - Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative activities to ensure effective communication and decision-making Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance: - Implement best practices and industry standards in project management and software development processes - Continuously improve project planning, execution, and monitoring methodologies to enhance project delivery - Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with applicable regulations - Conduct post-project evaluations, identify lessons learned, and apply those insights to improve future project planning and execution Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data science, AI, or software development - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities If you\'re ready to take the next step in your career and become a part of our dynamic, innovative team, apply now!
